The Design Mechanics have sponsored a local production of The Full Monty, and to promote this fact our directors Dave (left) and Stewart (right) bared all with Malcolm from the Marsden Parish Church Amateur Operatic & Dramatic Society and the posters we have designed for the production!
Stewart commented “We’ve always got involved with the local community; a lot of local groups use us because we work to a price list. When we heard what production the drama society were putting on this year we jumped at the idea of sponsoring it. Everyone who knows Dave and I know that we can be relied on for a bit of fun, so the Full Monty inspired photo-shoot was always going to be inevitable!”
Malcolm, who was only too happy to get his kit off to promote the production, said “It’s great that The Design Mechanics have got involved. We’d have used them anyway for the printing as they are local, but this means we don’t have to try and cobble together the publicity material ourselves like normal. We’ve been able to give the production a massively professional look, which will really help with our ticket sales.”
The Full Monty runs from Tuesday 25th to Saturday 29th October at the Parochial Hall in Marsden. Tickets are available for £9 from Duncan’s Hairdressers on Warehouse Hill (01484 845 311 shop hours only).
