Welcome to our blog

Because we embrace online technology we don’t have to be in touching distance of our clients to provide them with an amazing service.  Abbott Insurance are based in Fife and were recommended to us by one of our clients in the same industry.  After a short phone call, David Abbott was directed to our online Fact Find and we were able to deliver a refresh of the company branding and a completely new brochure within days of his initial enquiry without ever meeting face to face.

David commented, “The Design Mechanics have an interesting approach – making great use of technology to understand our requirements, and for a formal “sign-off” process. This is much better all round as it avoids any miss-communications. I was a bit nervous about their approach of sending me a single design – rather than a few to chose from – but because they do their research into our requirements they hit the spot exactly and we had no changes to make to the proofs (other than a couple of typing mistakes that I sent them!)”

We look forward to an ongoing relationship with Abbott Insurance across the border, however they have a way to go to beat our furthest long-distance client as we already deal with customers based in Spain and Canada!  You can see more in our portfolio here.
