How We Work
We have developed a tried and tested system that takes you from the first steps of creating a brief through to final delivery. We realise that as a new client you may have little experience of writing a brief, so our online Fact Find system does this for you!
1. 'Fact Find' & deposit
Once you have checked our pricelist, and have a good idea about what you would like to order, then we ask you to visit our office for your initial meeting. When you book your appointment you will be sent a link to our online Fact Find which we ask you to complete before your meeting. This Fact Find collects the basic information about you, your business and what your general design preferences are.
We then review this Fact Find with you at your initial meeting, which forms the foundation of a detailed and high-quality brief for our design team.
We ask you to pay a 25% deposit before we begin any design work. This can be paid by bank transfer, cheque or debit or credit card (please note there is a 2% handling surcharge for credit card payments).
2. Design
Now your brief is in place and you have made your deposit payment, our design team will produce a set of online proofs for you to view. Because of the time we invest getting your brief right, we have an almost 100% success rate of getting the design right (or nearly right!) first time.
Following this we ask you to use our online proofing and feedback system to review and sign-off your designs. Working online ensures we can provide a quick turnaround and saves you both time and money! If you would like to see a printed proof of your project before it goes to press we can supply this for a small additional charge.
3. Payment and delivery
Once you are happy with your proofs and the project is ready to print (or upload in the case of a website) we ask you for your final balance payment before delivering your work to a local address of your choice. Alternatively you can choose to collect your print from our office.
